ANIMAL REIKI LIGHT
NATURAL ENERGY HEALING, STRESS REDUCTION, AND RELAXATION FOR ANIMALS AND PEOPLE
Giving a treatment to an animal is a bit different than giving a treatment to a person. Normally a person will lay on a table fully clothed while the practitioner uses a series of hand positions on or over the body to direct the flow of energy where it is most needed. Reiki always goes to where it is needed regardless of where the hands are located.
However, most animals prefer Reiki at a distance rather than hands on. Some animals will move their bodies under my hands to position themselves where they know they need to heal. Most animals will relax and often fall asleep during a treatment. This doesn't mean Reiki isn't working.
Reiki works at a distance just as well as hands on since it knows no time or space. If your animal is having surgery, Reiki can be sent beforehand to ensure that all goes well with the procedure. For dying animals, Reiki is very effective in allowing the animal (and its people) to relax and accept what is happening to them.
Normally I will sit on the floor or on a stool near the animal and just allow the Reiki to begin to flow. It is up to the animal to accept or reject the Reiki energy; however, I have only met one animal (one of my own) who was so closed due to abuse that it took several attempts before he would accept the energy.
A series of four treatments in a row is recommended for most animals. After the initial treatments, if followup is necessary, it should be done once a week or every other week.

Normally Reiki treatments are given where the animal lives since he/she is most comfortable there. It is recommended that the first treatment be done in person to allow the practitioner to get to know the animal. However, this is not absolutely necessary. After the first treatment distant treatments are just as effective.

If you prefer a distant treatment rather than an in person treatment, in order for me to help your animal I would like to have a photo of the animal as well as any additional information you would like to provide regarding symptoms, etc.
I am also available for lectures. A donation for my time and gas is appreciated.
For additional information or to schedule an appointment or lecture, please contact me at info@animalreikilight.com.
A Reiki treatment does not take the place of conventional medicine. Always consult your veterinarian.
